How it's built

  1. Pool excavation graded and ready for forms
    01

    Excavate and set the base

    Dig to the plan and set the footing. Your panel layout comes off the CAD drawing, so every piece has a place.

  2. Straight wall aluminum pool forms set, pinned and braced around a rectangular pool

    Set and brace the forms

    Panels pin together and brace off. Radius, straight, corner and pilaster forms make the shape — no cutting, no scrap.

    Steel, plumbing, pour

    Steel and plumbing go in against a wall that is already true. Skimmer and step pockets are formed, not chopped in.

  4. Concrete pool walls after the aluminum forms have been stripped

    Strip, clean, reuse

    Panels strip clean, wash off and go back on the trailer. The forms are an asset on your books, not a consumable.

Send us the shape. We'll draw the form set.

Our engineering department takes your pool plan and returns a panel-by-panel layout: which form goes where, how the radius breaks, where the skimmer, steps and spa land.

It comes back as a drawing your crew can set from, keyed to the panels in your set — so the shape you drew is the shape you pour.
